    Feb 2015 issue of the Wine Enthusiast contains two Brecon Estate wines both in the 90's. The traditional wine press seem to be catching on quickly to Brecon's charms.

    We are particularly proud of the Albarino. Alabarino's rarely score this highly.

    2012 Brecon Estate Cabernet Franc achieved best of class making it the highest scoring Cabernet Franc in the new world show. In all Brecon bagged 3 golds and one Silver a 100% hit rate for the 4 wines entered.

  5. Brecon Petite Sirah Nominated for best in Show


    Brecon Estate 2012 Petit Sirah. Was nominated for best in in Show at the March 2014 Monterey Wine Competition. Eventually achieving Platinum level. This is an outstanding achievement for such a new winery.
