Over the past two years, our Harvest Winemaker Dinners have taken guests on unforgettable culinary adventures, from globally inspired historical feasts to open-fire vineyard dinners beneath the October sky. Each evening has celebrated the harvest through incredible food, exceptional wines, and memorable moments shared around the table.

So... where are we headed in 2026?

This August, Brecon is cruising the legendary waterways of Bordeaux, the Garonne, Dordogne, and Gironde, exploring one of the world's most iconic wine regions. If Bordeaux feels just a little too far away, we're bringing it to Paso Robles for one extraordinary evening.

Join us as we transform Brecon Estate into the French countryside with a harvest dinner inspired by the flavors of southwestern France. We'll be pouring a lineup of our favorite Bordeaux-inspired Brecon wines, thoughtfully paired with a seasonal menu created by our favorite chef, Rachel Ponce of Pair With and the soon-to-open Staviary.

Expect rustic French cuisine, wines inspired by Bordeaux's great blends, an intimate evening shared around the table, and a celebration of the people, places, and traditions that have influenced our winemaking from the very beginning.
