Returns and Purchase Terms
At Brecon Estate, we take great pride in the quality of our wines and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. In accordance with California law, we are unable to offer refunds on alcoholic beverages unless the product is contaminated or corked. If you receive a bottle that meets these conditions, please reach out to us with proof of purchase. We’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange, a replacement, or offer a credit for the newest vintage, depending on availability. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wines that have been damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage, as wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures.
All paid-for wine must be picked up within one year of purchase. If bottles are not collected within one calendar year, we reserve the right to return them to our inventory stock. Our Wine Club Team must confirm any exceptions in writing; please contact us for special arrangements.
Additionally, Brecon Estate is not responsible for any fees associated with redirected shipments or returns due to failed delivery attempts. Any additional fees incurred will be charged to the card on your account.
